Wonderful experience all the way around, and we hope to return soon. The unit was EXACTLY as pictured, and was IMMACULATELY clean. Building was quiet and location seemed safe and secure. My wife and I (both retired) felt comfortable walking in the neighborhood, there were lots of residents out walking their dogs at all hours of the day. Some reviews mentioned the narrow window blinds let in too much light but it wasn't an issue in our unit; but full disclosure, our bedroom window faced north and December skies were cloudy for our 5 night stay. The unit was well stocked with coffee, tea, linens, towels, paper towels/tissues, cleaning supplies, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soaps, etc. Basically, everything was exactly as advertised and we had no reason to engage the Kasa help desk for assistance. Check-in/out instructions were very clear and easy to follow.

Whenever I'm in Chicago, I always stay at Kasa. I don't have to worry about anything. They never fail to meet my expectations when it comes to making me feel comfortable and secure. When I have a question, they have always responded immediately. Their units are fully equipped with everything I need to stay longer. Thank you for the great work!

We had an excellent stay at Kasa! Our place was clean, well-supplied, and it had a great view and location. We were able to park our car there before we could fully check-in, which was so handy! We loved that we could walk to the museums …

We had a terrific stay at our Kasa property. It was clean, convenient, adequately supplied with everything we might need, including clothes washing pods. In addition, the cost for a week was way less than a hotel & meals out.

Our Kasa was perfect in every way! It was beautiful, the view was awesome, location was great, and it had everything we wanted and needed. The customer service was great as well, including the instructions for entering the building and room-very thorough. We could not have been happier!

Stayed in a 1br+den (which was really another bedroom but smaller) so got more space than a hotel but with hotel quality customer service and the normal necessities that hotels provide. Very thorough and easy to follow check in instructions, and check out was an absolute breeze. And the space was clean and comfortable!

Great location, near everything you need for a visit to Chicago. Our unit was on the 16th floor so the views were awesome. Only thing I would liked to have was different coffee making options, not a big fan of the pod systems.
